fix: quote variables and use zsh idioms in shell config

- Quote ZINIT_HOME in plugin manager setup
- Quote $1 in mkcd function
- Use [[ ]] instead of [ ] in yazi wrapper (zsh idiom)
- Remove double blank line in .vimrc
