  • Add README.md documenting the bare-repo setup and bootstrap process
  • Per-file summaries for .zshrc, .tmux.conf, .vimrc, .starship.toml, .gitignore_global
  • Covers key features: zinit plugin manager, fzf integration, docker-compose dev aliases, yazi/pj helpers

Test plan

  • Verify README renders correctly on Gitea
  • Confirm bootstrap instructions work on a fresh machine
